Our Commitment
Yazh Studio is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users of the Moments app. We take the protection of children from sexual abuse and exploitation extremely seriously and adhere to the highest standards to prevent, detect, and respond to any such harm.
We comply with all applicable laws related to child safety, including mandatory reporting obligations, and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations worldwide.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Moments and will result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to authorities:
- Any content that sexually exploits or abuses a minor (CSAM — Child Sexual Abuse Material)
- Grooming behaviors — building inappropriate relationships with minors for sexual purposes
- Solicitation of minors for sexual content or acts
- Trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation
- Sharing, distributing, or linking to any material that sexually exploits children
- Any content that normalizes, glorifies, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
How We Protect Children
Account Controls
Users creating a Moments account must agree to our Terms of Service, which explicitly prohibit all CSAE-related content and behavior. Violations lead to immediate, permanent account suspension.
Reporting and Review
Any user can report content or behavior they believe violates our child safety standards. Reports are reviewed promptly. When credible CSAE content is identified, we remove it immediately, preserve evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by U.S. law, as well as relevant authorities in other jurisdictions.
No Tolerance for Repeat Violations
Accounts found to have engaged in CSAE-related activity are permanently banned with no possibility of reinstatement.

If you encounter content on Moments that you believe involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately:

Compliance with Platform Policies
Moments complies with Google Play's Families Policy and all applicable child safety requirements. We do not allow apps, content, or behaviors that endanger children, and we enforce these standards consistently across all users and regions.
